Q2 2024 Platformer Games Performance in the UK: A Sensor Tower Snapshot

In the second quarter of 2024, platformer games have continued to engage audiences across the United Kingdom. Sensor Tower has compiled the performance data of the top five platformer applications, presenting a snapshot of their downloads, revenue, and active user trends.

Subway Surfers, a long-standing favorite, saw its weekly active users fluctuate between 1.3M and 1.5M. Downloads started strong at 47K in the first week of April but dipped to around 33K by mid-June, followed by a slight uptick to 43K. Revenue peaked at 5.5K USD in late May, with a general downward trend across the quarter.

Moving on to Geometry Dash Lite, the game's downloads ranged from 22K to 36K, while weekly active users saw a high of 431K in the last week of June. Revenue showed a slight increase throughout the quarter, starting at 3.2K USD and closing at 2.7K USD.

Lastly, Weapon Master: Gun Shooter Run demonstrated consistent active user engagement with numbers ranging from 114K to nearly 140K. Downloads saw a peak of 28K in late May, while revenue experienced a peak at 1.8K USD in the latter part of April.
